Shipping
All deliveries are arranged to be ‘kerbside’ which means that you are responsible for taking the item(s) from the delivery vehicle to your premises. Although most drivers are happy to help, they are not obliged to do so.
Our chosen carriers are national companies. It is possible for deliveries to be delayed and we would not recommend that a fitter is booked until the carpet arrives. We cannot accept any loss for delayed delivery.
Delivery is to Mainland England.
Areas further may incur further charges, please contact us prior to purchasing if you are not in Mainland England.

Notices
Whilst every effort has been made to accurately match our pictures to those of the actual product, we cannot offer any guarantees that the colour will be a perfect match. Colours may appear in a different way depending on monitors and display settings. If you require a perfect match to the colour shown on your screen we recommend visiting our warehouse prior to placing an order. We will not be able to offer refunds or compensation for colour differences.
All flooring purchases are subject to a cutting tolerance of +/- 1.25% on the length and width. We will not be able to offer compensation or refunds for carpets found to be within this tolerance for the selected size. We recommend customers include a minimum 10cm allowance on the length and width of their room when selecting a flooring size.
Tube Lines - As with all carpets, a “tube line” may occur (often approximately 40cm from an edge). This occurs when a carpet is rolled onto a tube and the inside edge crushes the pile or splits the pile in different directions. This is not a manufacturing defect and will return to normal, it does not affect the wear life of your carpet.
