After order send the image of your design to us using contact seller, the design team will convert it into a digital file (Digitizing) suitable for embroidery machines, the machine will embroider on hats according to your design.
Standard sizing for centered designs is 2.3" H and 4.2" W (while keeping your designs aspect ratios). The maximum embroidery field size is 2.3" H by 6.3" W.
Because of the nature of embroidery, not all graphics can be converted into embroidery, some very fine text and details have to be removed.
Before embroidering on the hats you ordered, we will do a digital mockup and send you some pictures to you using contact buyer .After getting your approval, we will finish the hat/s and ship them to your. The time of completing the order may take 5-7 days from the date of your approval of the mockup. Hats are usually shipped to the customer within a week. Your satisfaction is important to us, we will do the best to make you satisfied with the hats you ordered.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will promptly assist you in arranging an exchange or replacement, or we can issue a refund to ensure your satisfaction.
