•All items are described to the best of my ability, some items might have small scratches / cosmetic defects from shipping / storage but I do my best to note everything…Anything significant will be noted in the description. Sometimes original boxes are beat up and will be shipped in an outer box to ensure safe delivery.

• Shipping:  Please contact with any shipping questions or concerns and I can work with you however I need to. Shipping is either free to the lower 48 or a fixed rate (The listing will specify). The item will be shipped out within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska, or out of country please contact me 1st for an exact quote.  Shipping to a business is always your safest bet if possible. 

• Local Pick up:  Local pick up can be accommodated. Please contact me to discuss further.

• Items Damaged in Shipping: Any item received that is damaged in shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we can make a claim against the shipping agent.  I can not offer you a refund if you don't let me know when this happens.  USPS, FED EX & UPS need notification within 24 hours.
