According to Slovak law (a member state of European Union) we have to differ warranties for accessories, products and replacement parts. All accessories and products (batteries or shavers for example) are covered by 2 year warranty. Replacement parts (outer foils, inner blades) are covered by 6 month warranty. Some products are covered by Pan-European warranties, or International warranties; however, unless stated otherwise in item description, only local warranty applies on your item(s). Hence we have been repairing and reselling Panasonic products for over 20 years now, we can truly take care of your warranty claims, if applicable. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the day of delivery, while you can return the item(s) for a full refund less shipping cost. Please be aware that we can accept only return of item(s) if the item(s) is/are in an unused condition. However, to be eligible for this return, you're obliged to acknowledge us by email (or eBay message) that you want to return the item. Such item has to be in original condition. We do not charge you any re-stocking fees on your returns complying with these policies. You're responsible for paying return shipping.
