Shipping
Shipping Policy: Lekkie provides surprisingly fast shipping with DHL. Often we see product received in the USA in 3 days from purchase and overnight to Australia. DHL ships pretty much everywhere. If your country is not listed as a shipping address, please contact us. Shipping is via DHL Express and takes 5 to 7 days.
Taxes, duties, and fees: Import duties, fees, and taxes are payable by the receiver. Please ensure you understand what these are before purchasing. Lekkie will not refund if you refuse your parcel because of the cost of import taxes and duties. Many countries have a low threshold for import value. We ship with your invoice value, so please check your country’s customs website for more information. If you feel unsure, contact us, and we can work out the landed cost with you.
USA: The USA is duty and tax-free up to 800 USD. Yay!
EU: If you are in the EU, eBay will collect your country (VAT) at the checkout. For orders over €150 Euro, duties and associated processing costs are likely to be charged by your country’s customs agency.
WARNING, this can be expensive. You may want to buy from a local Lekkie dealer to avoid customs fees.
France: Duties and taxes will be requested upon products arriving in France.
Australia: Duty-free if under $1000 AU, we have no issues shipping into Australia and you avoid the GST if under $1000. Mint!
New Zealand: We are in NZ, so shipping is with a local courier.
Warranty
1. Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers all Lekkie products manufactured by us and purchased directly from our website, eBay or authorized dealers. The warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of the original purchase.
2. What Is Covered: We warrant that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service during the warranty period. This includes defects in the product’s construction, functionality, and performance.
3. What Is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect
- Modification or alteration of the product
- Unauthorized repairs or disassembly
- Normal wear and tear
- Insufficient servicing as specified in the product user manual
- Damage resulting from improper storage, handling, or installation
- Use of the product for purposes other than its intended use
4. Warranty Claims: If you believe your product is covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact Lekkie via eBay store and notify them of your claim.
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
- They will guide you through the necessary steps for evaluation, including providing photos or videos if required.
5. Warranty Resolution: If the product is found to be covered under the warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished item, or provide a refund or store credit.
6. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty evaluation. Lekkie will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the customer.
