Our aim is to provide you with as much information as possible in our listings. Please understand that we are unable to provide further details beyond what is presented in photos and description.

 

Purchasing Conditions

By buying an item, you agree to adhere to the Rules and policies for buyers and acknowledge the following:

·             You are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all item photos and descriptions prior to placing a bid or making a purchase commitment. The item(s) shown in the photos will be the exact ones you receive; details in the specifics section may not always be updated. Exceptions may apply to items listed with multiple quantities, which could exhibit slight variations.

·             Measurements when available will be shown in item photos.

·             All items are sold in as-shown condition. Items may NOT be inspected for damage. Any noticeable damage will be depicted in the item photos and/or top of description.

·             While we endeavor to test as many electronics and items as possible, our listing process is constrained by time limitations. Additionally, we do not always have the expertise or tools needed to test all items to their full extent. We appreciate your understanding that not all items can be individually tested.

·             You enter a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item or if you have the winning bid.

·             Our shop offers a NO-return or refund policy, should an item be returned, it must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it must include all original packaging, all components.

 

 Shipping Terms

 

·             Orders are typically shipped within 1-4 business days following purchase during regular business hours.

·             Please note that oversized items quoted for UPS or FedEx delivery cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. We quote oversized items a flat rate shipping. Oversized items only: if the shipping amount ends up being $15+ the quoted amount, the item will need to be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenient this causes. We try our best to quote accurately but sometimes that will happen.

·             USPS Priority Mail is available at checkout for faster delivery. Please note that Ground Advantage does not offer guaranteed delivery dates.

·             Items sold for under $5 may be shipped in a bubble envelope for efficient delivery.

 For specific categories:

·        Books priced at $10 or under, toys priced at or under $10, jewelry priced at/under $20, or Fabric/Clothing $20 or under will ship in bubble envelopes.

·             Combined shipping discounts are available for items priced at $5 or more. Please note that items priced under $5 may not sufficiently cover the costs associated with combining shipments, making refunds impractical in such cases. Any listing Titles labeled ‘Lot’ items do not qualify for combined shipping sold $10 or under. These items are already packaged. LOTS cannot be separated, they are all sold together. * We do not guarantee that combined shipping will be less expensive than purchasing items individually. It may not always result in savings*

·             For combined shipments, you may request a total in the cart section of eBay, or proceed to check out and a refund will be sent upon shipment if the shipping cost is lower than initially quoted. This only applies for 2 or more items purchased.

·             All shipping is quoted accurately; I cannot do any lower for shipping or offer free shipping. If you have a problem with shipping being so high, please make a difference by contacting shipping carriers.

·             If USPS delivers an item that is marked with damage issues, lost contents, or arrives with a broken item,  you are responsible for contacting them to file a claim on this item

·             If an item(s) arrives damaged, a return request must be initiated to receive a refund. The item must be returned in the exact condition it was received. No exceptions will be made.

 

Our shop cannot be held responsible for the shipper’s errors. This includes lost packages, typos in shipping addresses or any other issues of that nature by the shipper are out of control.  If any losses occur, and compensation to you the customer must wait Ebay resolves the situation. NO EXCEPTIONS. Also, should any item received be damaged/broken, the buyer agrees to save all packing materials from shipment pending review by the shipping company.

 

Payment Terms

 

·             Payments are due within 4-Days from conclusion of the auction or invoice received date. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of the item.

 

Shop Terms

 

·             We kindly ask for your understanding that, as a business, we do not accept lower offers on our listed prices.

·             We ensure that our shipping costs are accurately quoted based on the most economical and reliable methods available. It's important to note that shipping itself can be expensive, and packing an item with the utmost care incurs costs as well. As such, we do not have alternative, cheaper shipping options to offer.
