• Orders £150 and below (excluding shipping): Import duties and VAT are already included in the final price. Buyers will not need to pay any additional customs fees.

• Orders above £150: We use a special customs clearance method, combining prepaid duties (DDP) with assisting parcels, ensuring buyers are also exempt from paying any extra import duties or VAT.

• With this method, you may receive a few additional assisting parcels along with your main item. These assist with customs clearance.

• As this method involves extra shipping steps, the shipping cost may be slightly higher (e.g. £29.99 → £39.99 / £49.99). However, it effectively reduces clearance risks and guarantees the price you see is the final “delivered price.”
