Warranty

We offer 30-day parts and labor warranty should the machine not work for any reason as well as 90-day parts warranty on the motor(s) and compressor(s) that come with the machine. If it is determined that a motor or compressor has failed due to no fault of the customer, Slices Concession will ship, at its expense, a comparable replacement part. Proper installation of the replacement part is the customer's responsibility.

Shipping

Shipping:
To ensure your machine arrives in the same condition it leaves our warehouse our team will fully crate your machine before shipping and provide shipping insurance that covers the cost of the machine.

Processing:
All machines are reinspected by our in-house technicians, tested, and cleaned after purchases before leaving our warehouse. This requires a 2-4 week processing time to ensure you are getting a fully working machine. You will receive a video of your machine showing that it is working properly.
