This is an ingredients kit for making "sodamix", which is the flavoring syrup used with sodamakers like Sodastream's, and which is equivalent to Sodastream "flavors". You need "flavor concentrate" in addition to these ingredients to make sodamix; flavor concentrate is available in other listings of mine, in various flavors.
Included are:
Sodium benzoate (preservative) 25g, enough to make 50 qts of sodamix or 2250 12-oz servings
Citric acid (preservative) 50g, enough to make 50 qts of sodamix or 2250 12-oz servings
Erythritol (sweetener) 250g, enough to make 25 qts of sodamix, or 1125 12-oz servings
Stevia (liquid) 8oz, enough to make 25 qts of sodamix. or 1125 12-oz servings
Stevia (powder) 63g, enough to make 25 qts of sodamix. or 1125 12-oz servings
Note that this kit is pretty expensive, but it will last a long time. Listed yields are based on my standard recipe for making sodamix, which is intended to produce soda roughly equivalent to store-bought bottled soda. You may adjust the recipe over a wide range which will of course change the yield. I also sell the included ingredients individually, but buying the kit will save you a few bucks (and shipping will be cheaper too).
