I'm a small shop and depend on ebay to pay bills. I'm human make mistakes and not perfect please give me the opportunity to make things right if not completely satisfied.

*Ebay has something called (DSR's) ‘Detailed Seller Ratings.’ It is the star system at the bottom of the feedback page. PLEASE LEAVE 5 STARS! It is very important . If there is a problem with item please contact me before opening case or leaving dsr ratings!  The way ebay has it worded, 4 stars sounds pretty darn close to perfect, but as a seller, if I don't average higher than 4.9 stars, I could lose selling privileges. Please take this into account when leaving the Shipping Handling, Item As Described, Shipping time stars and leave a 5 across the board :-)
