We are using a laser technology, so the glasses will have a frosted effect. Due to the nature of the manufacture/ engraving of glassware, slight variations and tiny imperfections are the marks of an artisan and a testament to individual pieces.
Please note that the picture shown is just an example; we still require your detailed engraving requirements as per instructions!!!

For any different design, there is an extra cost of £2 due to the design time and tests. A picture will be sent for confirmation prior to processing the order.

Please consider that, if the address provided is not correct or parcel returns for any reason, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of repostage. No refund will be issued as is a personalised item.

As a guide, all our items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class (usually delivered in up to 5 working days from the dispatch day). Faster shipping options are available before checkout.


EUROPE, US, CANADA


International Track and Signed Shipping is provided for international orders, which makes the tracking number available until it is delivered.



The Shipping Cost as well as the estimated delivery time can be checked before placing the order in the Delivery Section by selecting the country and adding the postcode.
For EUROPE and OVERSEAS Shipping- PLEASE BE AWARE OF CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES as part of the buyer's responsibility policy.

We are a small family-run business, and we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Should you receive your item and are not satisfied, please let us know via message within 3 working days from delivery. Please don't forget to include a picture if your item is damaged or if we made an error. All our items are made especially for you and, therefore, are non-returnable and non-refundable. If we
have made an error, we will happily send out replacements, but no refunds will be offered. All return postage costs if a photo cannot be provided as evidence of a fault will be the buyer's responsability. Returns caused by refusing to pay customs and fees are non-refundable.
