Unwanted OR Unsuitable. If you buy a product and wish to return it because it is unwanted or unsuitable, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it, we accept returns of all products.

All returned items must be in their original unspoiled packaging and in a resale-able condition.

If the product is not received by us in its original condition we will be unable to refund it and you will have to pay for its return to you. Please be extra careful when returning fragile items as we can only refund for them if they are in a unbroken and in a resale-able condition.

Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and becomes null and void through damage caused by the buyer.

We will reply to you to get any extra information that we may need, which may include photos of the product and the packaging. Please do not return anything until you receive confirmation from us as this may prevent us from being able to deal with your request.
