Here is the process for The Customization on jewelry. 
- Send us a design or photo of jewelry you want to make.
- We'll give you price quote for the same.
- After your order confirmation we'll make CAD design of jewelry and send you CAD images so that you can review the design.
- After your design confirmation we'll start working on it ( I need 5-7 Business days to complete the jewelry).
- We'll send final product photos and videos so that you can check how it looks in person.

- After your confirmation we'll ship it on your address ( I need 7 business days to deliver the packages in Europe and America).

For The Customization on diamonds
- Send us Measurment's of diamonds you want to make.
- We'll give you price quote for the same.
- After your order confirmation we'll start working on it, ( I need 3-5 days to polish the diamond and get ready to ship)
- We'll send you photos and videos of polished diamonds so that you can check how it looks on hand.
