This is a 3d printed replacement front sprocket cover for early 1980's XR 200R / XR 200 / XL 185 / XL 125.

This has been modelled off part number 11361-437-010. Also fits in place of 11361-446-771 and 11361-KA2-000.

May fit more models than those listed. Be sure to check the appearance of the sprocket cover needed for your bike before purchasing.

The original part is very thin - I have increased wall thickness throughout the part without affecting fitment to make my part stronger.

Comes un-painted, not sanded, and no hardware. You can paint to match the color of your motor.

Made from Carbon Fiber reinforced Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol (PETG-CF) - This is strong and has good heat and chemical resistance. I have been testing for a while and have had no issues.
