What is it?
This is a one of a kind, custom designed Lego front wing nose cone display piece. Its ready to assemble yourself with everything you need. The images show an example of the finished piece complete with stickers. The nose cone features the team's colours, logos and design for that year, with the driver's name, national flag and a Lego trophy attached to the base. Any logos or design updates that were present on the front wing and nose cone during the championship winning race have been featured as best I can. I've tried to make it as accurate as possible to the real thing. The front wing angle is adjustable, simply rotate them to your desired position. The stickers have been printed by a professional company ensuring high quality materials used. The stickers have a cut line accuracy tolerance of about 1mm and some may include a 'bleed edge' where needed and the colours are as accurate as possible (I spent ages trying to find the most accurate colours to use). The instructions have been printed on a slight buff colour recycled paper A4 size. Free F1 Team random drawstring bag gift included!
Creation Process
A summary from start to finish: I made different digital designs using a program, then ordered parts from Lego, test built it, ordered more parts, test built again to refine the design, test printed different colours to match the Lego colours for custom stickers, created stickers on Photoshop then sent it off to a professional printing company to make them, received the stickers, tested them, refined them on Photoshop, ordered more and then lastly, printed the sheet instructions on A4 paper. A lot of effort has gone into making the set to ensure everything is as high quality and accurate as possible. Most of the time spent was waiting for the pieces to arrive from Lego oversees and sticker tests to ensure the size and colours were accurate.
How to make it?
Once purchased, I will send you a package with all the official Lego pieces (ordered from their website), custom stickers, printed sheet instructions, free random F1 drawstring bag gift and cardboard package box. Simply follow the instructions and then refer to the listing images for sticker locations (or Google the team's front wing to see the logo locations).
