Kemper Tools HCP2-X 1/4"  diameter hole cutter punch.  The tube is made of brass set in a wood handle. The overall length of the cutter is 5". Used for making holes or other designs in wet clay. This one is spring loaded to push out the clay. This is bulk so will not come in any manufacturer packaging.
