NOTE #3: If your order says it was delivered and you only received part of your order, "DO NOT OPEN A CASE" and check your messages (or I will have sent you a note with your package). Once package is confirmed delivered eBay will close the case and I won't be able to ship the rest of your order as a closed case finalizes the transaction.

  • Mint - Denver (D)
  • Strike - Business Strike (NON-Proof)
  • Quality - Circulating Condition but, have never been released into circulation. (These are the best quality coins of the coins we received. However, please expect minor spotting, bag marks, etc.)
  • Quantity - 1 Coins per order (1 Denver)
  • Please Note - These can NOT be purchased at banks, merchant store, and Not be typically found in pocket change, Only through the US mint and are Not Intended for Circulation; also known as NIFC. 

  • What is Position (Pos) A or B mean? 
  • POSITION A (Type 1) - Edge lettering reads upside-down when the Sacagawea’s portrait faces up. 
  • POSITION B (Type 2) - Edge lettering reads normally when the Sacagawea’s portrait faces up.
  • Note - If you would like a specific position, please leave a "note to seller" at checkout and be sure to click "add note". Otherwise random position(s) will be sent. DO NOT use contact seller link as it may go unread for a while. 



Note About Native American Dollars - It is very hard to find a perfect Dollar without Bag marks due to density of the coin themselves. I will never send an intentionally damaged coins such as the end of the roll coins that show sign of circular scaring or "circular halo" from the crimping machine but, please expect Bag Marks, Spot, or Minor Blemishes on these coins.



Purchases
As per eBay policy, Presale items will be shipped within 30-business days of purchase. Please remember business days do not include Saturday's, Sunday's, or Federal Holidays.
Buyers may request a full refund if not delivered by the estimated delivery date.
Once Presale items are available for shipping, it can take up to 3 weeks to process all of the presale orders depending on the quantity of orders received. Priority will go to early orders based on the order they are received (or based on their required ship date).
Please be aware that during Presales, prices tend to fluctuate with the current market. So, please only buy when you are happy with the price you are paying as no refunds or price matches will be issued.

Payments
Payment must be made immediately through eBays payment processor to secure your purchase.

Large/Special Order
If you have a special-order request (any combination of items currently listed), please check with me directly. I have not posted everything due to the limited eBay store space.

Shipping & Handling Time
Most of the items (except Presale items) will be sent out within 1-2 business days after you pay the invoice. Please review the positive feedback from the buyers. The actual delivery time varies due to the destination. Please remember business days do not include Saturday’s, Sunday’s or Federal Holidays.
I can only ship to the address you used at checkout. Your address cannot be changed after purchase.

Most of my items include free shipping and handling unless otherwise stated.
  • All Coin Sales include tracking and are shipped the cheapest way possible unless requested otherwise by buyer. Buyer pays the difference. Please contact for quote. 
  • PLEASE NOTICE - We use eBay Standard Envelope aka eBay Send (6x9 kraft colored with eBay branding on it) - We use this for all coin purchases of $20 or less and under 3 ounces (in the same transaction or combined transactions to same address). 
    • Delivered but, NOT Received - Please be aware the tracking for eBay Send is NOT 100% accurate as it is not scanned by the mailman and is ONLY used to provide delivery confirmation as recommended by eBay. Tracking may indicate it was delivered when it wasn't. Be patient it will arrive by the end of next business day or by estimated delivery date. Please contact me if you have an issue with the delivery of your purchase.
  • We occasionally use physical stamps which require us to get a tracking number from the post office and so we may add your tracking number for your purchase later in the day.
  • NONMACHINABLE - The USPS First-Class mailing system by default processes standard envelopes through high-speed sorters. This can, and does, damage coins. It also can cause other shipping issues, such as delayed delivery.

      If you DO NOT wish your coins to go through high-speed sorters, you can add a small additional fee ($0.60 per transaction) to your purchase and we will add the additional postage and use thicker and more secure packaging for your order as a service to you. Your order will then be marked as "Nonmachinable" and hand sorted rather than run through high speed postal sorters while still benefiting from eBay Envelope's tracking service. This method is highly recommended by us AND meets all of the USPS requirements for sending coins though their system. If you would like to use this service for your order, choose "USPS First Class" shipping at checkout. Note: USPS may still charge a nonmachinable fee on delivery to the customer even if you choose not to pay it at time of purchase.

Cancelations
In order to receive a full refund for a cancelled transaction, eBay requires for all cancelations are to be submitted via a formal request to cancel link through eBay on your purchase history page. Please note we are not required to accept your request to cancel.

Return Policy
I Do NOT offer Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges (unless listing states otherwise). However, If you received your purchase and believe you have an unusual circumstance that requires a refund, please contact me immediately before opening a case so, we can work things out together and make you another 'RePeet' happy customer.
Refunds will ONLY be given if I am unable to deliver your purchase by the delivery date.
