The max HFE I've found in these lots I have (all from 1977/78) with a leakage under 300µA is max 110, so The best pairs I've bee able to make are 70/80 Q1, 100/110 Q2

If you accept a leakage more higher I can give a HFE around 120 too, just write me a message

The transistors has been tested with an ATLAS DCA-50, so the measurements made at your home with your tester may get different values (expecially at a temperature higher than 20°)

The transistors are shipped safely packed in cartonboard and bubblewrap
