Shipping

  • * All orders received before 5pm (Monday to Friday) will be despatched the same working day. Any orders placed after 5pm will be despatched the next working day. Orders placed on the weekend will be despatched on the next working day.


  • * We send all orders on tracked and insured 24 hour delivery services with either DHL or the Royal Mail. Tracking information is provided for all deliveries.


  • * We currently use top transport agencies such DHL or FedEx por international shipments.

Before placing your order, we advise you to read these terms and conditions, along with our Returns Page and Delivery Page. Understanding these terms is essential before completing your transaction.

Pricing and Payment

  • Price Changes: We strive to keep all prices current, but they may change due to various factors. We are not obligated to maintain quoted prices.

  • Taxes and Duties: Goods shipped within Spain are subject to Spain VAT. 

  • Payment Methods: We accept wide range of credit and debit cards, PayPal and ApplePay where applicable. All payment options applicable to your country will come up upon checkout. Eigas 4x4 reserves the right to reject any transaction we believe to be fraudulent.

  • Dispatch: Orders placed before 4 p.m. (Spain local time) are dispatched the next day, subject to stock availability.

  • Stock Availability: In case of stock shortages, we may experience short delays. We will notify you if we are unable to obtain an item.

  • Delivery Details:  The delivery times of the orders depend on the availably of the product or products that make them up. The maximum delivery time for Spain (excluding the islands) is 7 working days and 14 working days for territories outside the Spanish Peninsula, upon payment confirmation. This delivery times are subject to modifications in holiday seasons or under circumstances beyond the control of EIGAS AUTOMOCION SL.
  • Under no circumstances will be shipments delivered to PO boxes.

  • However, delays in delivery shall not involve compensations of any kind and shall only qualify the Client to cancel the order if the circumstances described in the following section of these conditions concur. Any penalty clause for delay attached by the Client in their order shall be deemed invalid.
  • EIGAS AUTOMOCION SL shall provide in each confirmed order the maximum information possible about the availability of their products.

  • Deliveries will be made through a delivery company in the delivery address indicated in the order delivery information.  The subsequent modification of this address may give rise to a number of expenses for which the client shall be responsible. It may also affect the delivery date.


  • Product Information

  • Accuracy: We endeavor to provide accurate product information. If unsure, please contact our sales advisors.

  • Part Numbers: Reference numbers are used for identification purposes and do not indicate the manufacturer.

Returns

  • General Returns: Unused goods in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of dispatch. Note: Genuine Land Rover parts have a 7-day return window and must be unopened. Please use our Returns Form. 

  • Warranty: All parts supplied by Eigas 4x4 are covered by a 12-month warranty. The warranty process requires that all returned parts undergo a thorough inspection to determine the cause of the fault. Immediate refunds or replacements are not possible without this verification. However, Eigas 4x4 is committed to ensuring this process is completed within a reasonable time frame.
