There is a video on this listing that shows each button pressing and playing a sound. I could not find a button that didn't work, so it seems fully functional. 
The only major cosmetic damage is to the nose of Anapanman, where there's a bit of paint chipped off.
It requires 4 AA batteries. 
The board measures approx 23" x 15" x 2" and has a carrying handle
