Miniatures are painted by our in-house artist and are multi layered to provide maximum detail and a beautiful visual effect, some miniatures might include additional components in customized bases to add a unique touch, a lot of time an effort is put into each one of them, therefore we ask serious buyers to consider that this is not an amateurish paint job and the artist's time is reflected in the price. 

Dual layers of finishing protective lacquer are provided to ensure you may enjoy a long lasting artwork during your game play after all the hours and effort put into these pieces.

Due to the value and nature of this artwork, miniatures will only be shipped using a tracked shipping service that includes insurance.

  • Our games and movies are tested so we guarantee they are in good operational condition, regardless, if any issues arise within 48 hours after receiving your items, please contact us.

  • There is no guarantee for any download codes or it's validity and in many cases we ignore if they would've been part of the original package, therefore: No download codes, skins or manuals are included unless noted otherwise.

Shipping

  • We combine shipping

  • Within Canada and the U.S: Canadapost Lettermail or Small Packets USA air are our default - transit time can be up to 15 business days (Monday thru Friday) depending on your location. Transit time and Customs clearing are beyond our control.

  • International shipping options may vary depending on your location and might take up to 4 weeks depending on the shipping service you select and it's availability, again, transit time and Customs Clearing are beyond our control.

  • For faster and traceable services please pick Expedited, Express or Priority.

  • Regular letterpost and most Economy services DO NOT include a tracking number

  • We ship within 48 hours (Monday thru Friday), this means that we take your parcel to the postal office, beyond that point is up to the carrier (Canadapost, FedEx or UPS) Please consider these facts when leaving feedback and rating us since we are not the operators. 

  • Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
