- FILL OUT OUR FORM: Click the link contained within our message to our booking form, fill this out with the details of your battery and all relevant information.
- RECIEVE PRE-PAID LABEL: On receipt of your order and form submission, we will send you an email confirmation along with collection details, with an attachment of a pre-written address label that you can print out. (If you don't have access to a printer let us know in the booking form).
- COLLECTION: Follow the instructions in the email you receive from us on how to pack your battery safely, attach the pre-paid label to the box and wait for our courier to collect.
- WAIT FOR DIAGNOSTIC REPORT: We will then be in touch once again to confirm we have received your battery and results of the diagnostics. Total service time can take up to 10 working days, if there are any delays we will of course contact you first.
We wont be able to give a full estimate until we fully test your battery, but here are some ideas of cost:

Can my Battery be Fixed?
Battery brands we can work on include Carrera, Pendleton, Wisper, Giant (2018 or older), Freego, Rad Power, Hailong, TranzX, Raleigh Stow-E-Way, Eskute, Powabyke, Viking, Oxygen, Batribike, Swytch, UPP, EM3ev, Mate X and many more, but get in contact before ordering if you're not sure.
Brands we currently can't work on include Bosch, Shimano, Haibike, 2018 or newer Giant and some others. This is due to these brands and newer models fitting anti-tamper / anti-repair chips which is unfortunately leading to an increase in otherwise healthy batteries being unfixable.
