Our 4-1 Golf GTi manifold is designed to increase performance and replaces the standard manifold and down pipe

The 4 primaries are 1 5/8" or 42mm and finishes in 2 1/4"

2 1/4" systems are available from stock with a twin 3" tail pipe 

Made from aluminised mild steel, 304 stainless versions are also available 

Golf Mk2 1800cc 8V manifolds and systems also in stock

Heat wrap will void all warranty

We powder coat all of our products in our 1200 range and have done so for many years. Even though we bake our exhausts at approximately 200 degrees in an oven the paint stays on most exhaust systems but can burn off the manifolds.

The paint is purely for cosmetic purposes and does not affect the performance of the manifold in any way.
