Returns & Cancellations:
We'd like you to be happy with everything you purchase from IXL Fitness.
Though we hope that you will never need to return anything, should you need to do so, we aim to make it as quick and easy as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order with IXL Fitness, you can do so before it is dispatched. We strive to send out orders promptly, so please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet dispatched your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of cancellation. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still get a refund by following our returns procedure. For unwanted goods, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we may reduce your refund if there is any damage caused by handling.
Refunds will be made to your account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. If any of the goods you receive are faulty due to materials or workmanship, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. This may involve a repair, replacement, or refund. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information, mistakes can occur.
My item has been damaged in transit
We do our utmost to ensure our items are carefully packed and protected, however, sometimes damage can occur in transit. Once you have received your item, please ensure you check it for any damage straight away.
If you are unhappy in any way with the condition of your purchase please let our Customer Services Team know within 2 days of receipt.
You can do this by contacting us through My eBay. Any damage reported after this period will not be considered as transit damage.
Payments:
We take payment from your card or PayPal account upon receipt of your order and verification of payment details and stock availability.
IXL Fitness is not responsible for the content of external websites, including PayPal's terms and conditions. To protect against unauthorised card or PayPal account usage, we may validate personal information provided during the order process against third-party databases.
If we discover an error in the price of goods, we will notify you and offer the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. Our prices are shown in £s sterling but exclude delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.
Please Note:
Always make sure you insure the item you are returning. In the event of transit damage, we will not be able to make any repairs and you will need to claim the cost of the item from the courier. If you are returning an item, we would recommend taking photos of the item before you pack and send it. This will act as evidence of condition before transit should you need to make a claim against the courier.
If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, accidental damage or expected wear and tear, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
Items returned to us via collection or pre-paid label can take up to 14 days to be delivered back to us for assessment.
Please note that it can take 3-5 days for any refund given to be shown in your PayPal account.
Delivery Information:
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are provided in the delivery information section and during the order process on. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unexpected factors may cause delays. IXL Fitness is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver products within estimated timescales.
IXL Fitness delivers orders to any UK address using a national carrier, with most orders arriving within 48 hours. Delivery to remote areas, such as the Scottish Highlands, may take longer and will be confirmed at the time of ordering. The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery, and you have two days to report any issues.
While we strive to maintain sufficient stock levels, unexpected high demand may cause delays in sending out orders. In such cases, we will keep you informed and provide updates on the progress of your order. Please feel free to contact us at any time for further information.
My item has developed a fault within 30 days of delivery.
Within 30 days of receipt of the goods you will be offered the choice of a repair, replacement or full refund. If your item develops a fault, please notify us via My eBay with details of the fault. If we agree an item is to be returned as faulty, we will send you a pre-paid postage label or arrange a collection at our expense.
We will offer either a refund, or a replacement product (stock permitting). The refund or replacement will be actioned once the original product has been returned to IXL Fitness team for assessment and verification of the fault.

If we make an error in our product descriptions or prices, we will do our best to honour our offer. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you and explain the situation. If we cannot come to a fair resolution, we reserve the right to refuse your order and issue a refund.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, or power cuts, we will do our best to minimise disruption to our business with you. However, we will not be held liable for any failures that result from these events. Please note that all sizes and measurements provided are approximate.
Items being returned need to be unused, unopened, with any seals still intact, and in the same condition as received. Certain products will be exempt from the this clause.
