favourite spicy curries, our Madras Marinade Flavouring is an excellent blend
of traditional spices, that are ideal for marinating chicken prior to cooking. Also
can be used for flavouring pre-cooked chicken
pieces to use as jacket potato toppings or mixing with ketchup/mayonnaise for
dressings in baguettes, sandwiches and wraps.
Ingredients: (Madras
Curry Powder ((Spices, (MUSTARD), Spice Extract, Spices, Garlic Powder),
Spices, Nigella Seeds), Sugar, Natural Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder,
Modified Maize Starch, Concentrated Lemon Juice Powder, Natural Flavouring.

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into
chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).
Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10%
of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave
to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer,
(overnight if possible).
