Fajita
seasoning is a blend of 14 herbs and spices, giving a smokey citrus aroma with
a mouth-watering spicy taste of herbs. This versatile seasoning is perfect for
tortillas, burritos, enchiladas, grilling, roasting, baking, barbecuing,
stir-fry’s, stews, casseroles, soups, pizza’s, sauces, batters, stuffing’s and
gravies, will pep up any dish and is fantastic when dusted over all meats,
seafood’s and vegetables. Also blends brilliantly with mayonnaise, crème
fraîche, sour cream, guacamole, plain yoghurt, grated cheddar and plain
vinaigrette. Once you start using Fajita Seasoning you won’t be able to stop!
Ingredients: Chilli Blend: (Spices, Garlic), Natural Sea Salt, Smoked Paprika, Onion Granules, Ground Cumin Seed, Garlic Granules, Ground Nutmeg, Concentrated Lemon Juice Powder, Sugar, Ground Cinnamon, Concentrated Lime Juice Powder, Rubbed Herbs (Coriander, Oregano), Smoke Powder.

Ingredients
(will make 10 portions,
adjust ingredient quantities to suit): 1kg of fresh chicken breast,
butterfly and cut into even strips, 300g sliced onion, 300g sliced mixed
peppers, 60g TS Fajita Seasoning Mix.
Instructions
for Use: Fry the onions & peppers in
hot oil. Set aside. Fry the chicken and/or steak in hot oil and add the Fajita
Seasoning. Once the chicken is cooked add the onions & peppers, gently mix and serve.
Suggested
Serving: Serve with warmed
Tortillas wraps, Guacamole, Soured Cream, Salsa and Grated Monterey
jack/Cheddar.
Recommended Usage Rate: 6-8 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or base dressing (Mayonnaise).
