Inspection
All Polo Shirts are looked over to make sure they are complete. If not, all imperfections will be noted in Condition Description. Plus, all items are cleaned and washed by Ebay's standards.
Shipping
Shipping is done no later than 3 days but usually done in a 24-hour period. USPS is used unless noted differently, or on request. Local pick-ups are allowed on request. When Orders are combined at times, Other services such as UPS or Fed Ex may be used. Due to the rising cost of shipping.
Customer Service & Returns

Responses will be done no later than a 24-hour period, but more times than not they will be done almost immediately. There is a 30-day return policy from the purchase date.
