In Good condition - cover has a plastic-like lamination, minimal cover wear, bottom spine and bottom inside covers have the remains of a label, page edges have a little very faint discoloration, inside front cover (white) has an area of white-on-white surface wear and another small-ish area of white paper stuck to the inside cover, a little wear between the inside front cover and first page, first few pages have tiny faint top edge discoloration marks.
