ALL LEATHER BAG including interior.

Very rare bag, in great condition for its age. Bag was made in 1942 by G.HORTESER saddlery in Thun, Switzerland.

Exterior- multiple scratches, spots and scuffs due to age. Leather is very thick and supple, without  rips or tears.

All stitches are intact. Corners well preserved. Beautiful patina.

Some white residue here and there due to TANNIN coming to surface of the leather ( tannin gives strength to saddle bridle leather).

Interior- Clean. Unlined, just fine raw leather. Bag is about 85 years old so you should expect some mild storage smell !!!!!!

Riveted stress points.

Anterior straps well preserved with intact integrity.

Heavy duty functional metal hardware.

You can use this bag as a briefcase with nice sturdy handle or as a messenger bag with the shoulder strap.

Comes with thick original shoulder strap, 48" total length.
