We ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS. We choose the shipping service according to the destination zip code.
The eBay's statement that we ship only though the FedEx home delivery or FedEx ground; or only through the USPS is not correct. Please do not rely on that information.

No access to delivery location or problem to deliver the package.
If carrier attempted to deliver the package to your address and did not have access to your delivery location, then you have to contact the carrier and arrange delivery or your package pick up.
If you did not arrange and/or did not pick up your package on time and it was shipped back to the sender, then you are is responsible for the 2nd shipping and will be paying 100% the shipping cost even if the 1st shipping to your address was free or you just paid surcharge cost. 
If you decide not to pay for the 2nd time shipping, the amount of money you paid for the item will be refunded after deduction of the original full amount of the shipping cost seller paid. For your info, we ship for free or charge little surcharge when we sell our items.
If you paid, e.g. $0, $5, $8 or $20 (Alaska and Hawaii) surcharge it does not mean that real shipping cost is $0, $5, $8 or $20 (Alaska and Hawaii) for the 8lb package. We pay most of the shipping cost.
