ITEM --- This is a "lot sale" of two (2) box sets from the 1960s "Original Columbia Records Mono Pressings / 6LPs/Vinyl" from Duke Ellington & His Famous Orchestra that is no longer in print (OOP).  Please see all photos!

Box Sets are:

Duke Ellington & His Famous Orchestra "The Ellington Era 1927-1940" Vol. 1 (#C3L 27 / 1964) and Vol 2 (#C3L 39 / 1966).  Note - Vol 2 box set is missing the detail 'card" on the back cover of the box FYI (thus the lower grade).

Each have three LPs, Columbia 2-Eye versions and each comes with a 24-page booklet!

Vol 1 LPs / grading (individually):

Album #1 - Side 1 shows only one small faint scratch but don't interefere with the true sound, Side 2 has no visible scratches.  Album #2 - Side 1 & 2 show a few scratches on each side (lower grade of VG+).  Album #3 - Side 1 has one faint scratch and Side 2 has three faint scratches (VG+).

 

Vol 2 LPs / grading (individually):

Album #1 - Side 1 & 2 show only two small faint scratches but don't interefere with the true sound.  Album #2 - Side 1 & 2 show a few scratches.  Album #3 - Side 1 has one faint scratch however Side 2 is clean, no visible scratches

Grading / Condition:

• Jacket / Sleeve / Cover - in good shape overall, normal shelf wear, colors still pop/standout and comes with the original sleeves
• Record / Album - in good shape overall, nice and at a times clean, some visible scratches, in very good plus (+) condition overall and the labels are in great shape as well

*** All used vinyl/records are taken out of the jacket and shipped in a clear poly record slip sleeve

*** Additional Note for U.S. & International Buyers 

All items shipped are NOT insured, however we can insure your item for an additional cost.  

All "International" items are shipped "USPS First Class Mail International", please note that there is no way to 100% track your item to your final destination.  If you want to ship with tracking we can ship via "USPS Express Mail International" or "USPS Registered Mail" however those require an additional cost.  I can ship via FedEx or UPS as well but additional fees will apply.

Note --- be aware that Import "duties", any applicable taxes or charges are not included in your final price.  Those charges are the buyer's responsibility.
