Bose made two versions of this cable for the A20 headset. Select the correct version for your headset based on manufacture date:

• Bose A20 manufactured from 2010: GEN1 A20 2010-2014
• Bose A20 manufactured from 2015: GEN2 A20 2015-2023

Review the control module images above and select the correct A20 down cable for your specific headset model. GEN 1 has the 3 piece connector for the first generation A20 models and Gen 2 has the two piece connector. Repair your headset at your convenience and reduce downtime and repair costs. Made for Bose A20 Bluetooth and non-Bluetooth models.
