Pair of whimsical antique porcelain bowls with a butterfly motif encased in metal with a pewter color, not sure what metal. Made in Hong Kong for Garfinckel’s Department Stores circa 1950’s.

Measure 5.5” in diameter each. Weights 14 ounces each! In very good condition, small dent on backside of metal encasing on one of them.
