Triple Bread Baking Pan L11 is suitable for home bread production and small bakeries.

It consists of three L11 pans, which are secured together with sturdy steel guides. To avoid loosening, wobbling, and damage to the attachments during temperature changes, the guides are riveted. Such attachments are convenient when placing the bread pans in a proofing cabinet, transferring them to a baking oven, and removing them from the baking oven.

Unlike ceramic pans, this pan can be placed in a preheated oven without being damaged by temperature fluctuations. Aluminum pans heat up faster than ceramic or cast iron pans, resulting in quicker baking.
