We used to make and sell hundreds of these kits a year. I discontinued stocking these about 4 years ago and these are the last ones kicking around our shop. Pricing is indicative as such and when they are gone they are gone, period at this price point. 

What you are buying:

As pictured you get 4 external weld on rings. The ring is made to slip inside the outer rim lip on the H1 steel wheels and then you weld against the outer edge which creates a nice inside 90 degree angle which is easy for a fillet weld. I am selling these in kits to do 5 wheels.
