We try our very  best to process and ship out all orders promptly (within 1-2 business) of  payment receipt.  However, there may be times where unfortunate  circumstances may cause delay in the processing of orders by 1 day or so.   When this happens, we try to keep buyers informed and up to date with the  situation by email.

• For domestic  shipping (within the U.S.), I will either utilize USPS or UPS as the  shipping courier.  The average shipping time is 2-3 business days  (this is the time-frame once the package has been processed and packed  for shipping).  We will send an email with the tracking number  included once the package is processed and ready for courier pickup.

• For  international shipping, I use USPS Priority International only.   The shipping time usually averages 6-10 business days (this timeframe is  after the processing and packaging of the order for pickup).  Once  it has been processed, an email with tracking number will be sent to  you.

 *As  with everything, there may be delays in the  shipping time.  Such as bad  weather, holiday season rush, national holidays closures, postal strikes,  etc...

Return:  All returns must be submitted within 30 days of receiving, along with  the original receipt or invoice. The shipping cost is not refundable.  You need to have return authorization by contacting us.

Warranty:  Performance part warrants its entire product to be free from defects in  workmanship and material under normal service conditions for a period of 60 days from the original date of purchase. This warranty is not  transferable, is valid to the original purchaser, and limited to the  replacement of a defective product only.

This limited warranty does not cover non-certified mechanic installs, labor  cost, damaged from accidents,  alterations, issues or modifications not intended by the manufacturer. All  warranty claims must be pre-authorized and returned prepaid to  CaliAutoParts.com for inspection and approval. This warranty does not cover  or assumes responsibility for any expenses, such as labor, towing, loading  fluids, oils or car rentals. **We strongly suggest/urge all parts to be installed by a certified  mechanic.  Parts broken due to home installations are NOT covered.   We will ask for proof of installation by a certified mechanic before all  approved warranty replacements.
