The DG40 stainless steel cable gland is designed as an attractive low profile shape and tested to IP68; ensuring a perfect waterproof solution for various cable management applications. Each unit is supplied with clear fitting instructions and A4 stainless steel fixings.

The tapered seal ensures that the hole closes completely, creating a watertight seal around the cable. Ideal for electrical cabling applications and ducting through bulkheads, decks, and panels – i.e. VHF, Satnav, GPS and Radar installations

Index Marine cable glands, allow multiple cables to be passed through the same gland, including cables with fixed connector fitted.
Following instructions supplied, the tapered seal can be drilled for as many cables as required, and if necessary, slit to allow passage of a cable with connector fitted.
The seal is slit between the outside and inside diameters to enable a cable with a fixed connector fitted, to be passed through the deck, without the need to cut the cable.
The range has passed independent rigorous dust and waterproof testing to IP68.
