It's a little rusted but the one side with the 14mm and 15mm turns and has the switch to make it turn right and left but the other side is missing that switch NEEDS TO BE CLEANED AND FIXED BEFORE USED please know u are buying a PARTS/REPAIR tool that is heavy used condition and that only one side works!
