• Orders containing multiple items may ship separately in multiple shipments. They may not arrive at the same time and may take another couple of days for the complete order to arrive.
• Free and Flat Rate Shipping is limited to lower 48 States only.
• We ship Mon-Fri excluding Holidays.
• We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Which shipping method is used for your order is at our discretion. If you have a physical address and a PO box please provide both.
• Please make sure the shipping address is correct at checkout. Our shipping process is highly automated and shipping does not have access to ebay messages.
• Once the order is sent to a pull sheet at one of our warehouses we are NOT ABLE to change the address or cancel the order. It will ship to the address provided at checkout.
• If you make an error in the address or wish to cancel an order send an official CANCEL TRANSACTION REQUEST IMMEDIATELY. We do hold order a few minutes to allow for then. Our fulfillment process is automated and we will not see a direct message until it is to late to cancel it.
• Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO addresses must contact us prior to purchasing item for a shipping quote first. Shipping fees to APO, AK, PR and HI will be calculated individually and added to customer invoice prior to paying for the item.
• Make sure you have packages delivered to a secure location. We can not cover packages stolen after delivery.

• International shipments will ship through the ebay Global Shipping Program.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from purchase date

• Items must be in new condition, no returns are accepted on used or installed items. If the products show any signs of installation, we cannot accept the return.
• Item must be in original undamaged unopened packaging.
• Any and all returned electrical items that are not sealed will be considered USED and not resell-able and not eligible for a full refund.
• Use our shipping packaging to ship back the item, DO NOT tape the label directly to the original manufacturer’s box.
