This piece is from Turkey and has been used but is generally in a great state, the metal does have some tarnish. It would be a great gift for collectors, a beautiful piece for a Victorian/Bohemian-themed home but I can also easily imagine it in an industrial, shabby chic, or even modern home when combined nicely. We are estimating this from the 1960's but it can be as old as the 1950s.
