Parched, thirsty skin will benefit from this ultra-hydrating formula infused with Sève Bleue des Océans and Thalgo’s patented Micronised Marine Algae complex. Supercharged with a high-molecular weight hyaluronic acid—which is able to hold 1000 times its weight in water—the delicate skin around the eye is instantly rehydrated and plumped. Given this area is one of the first to show the signs of dehydration and ageing—including fine lines and wrinkles—ensuring it remains well-hydrated minimises and revives even the most tired and dehydrated eyes.

How to use:

For best results, apply to freshly cleansed skin morning and evening. Using fingertips, gently apply by tapping product into the skin from the centre of the eye outwards, to stimulate the micro-vascularisation. For an extra cooling effect, place Smoothing Eye Care in the fridge before use.

Note that this gentle formula is suitable for contact lens wearers and sensitive eyes.

Our orders are shipped via Singapore Post/ Hong Kong Post First Class Registered* Airmail (*with tracking number, signature required). We will send order dispatch notification email to you with tracking number and expected delivery date: usually within 14 business days from the order dispatch date. Please note that it is only a suggested date, it may vary. (Especially during festive seasons like Easter or Christmas)
 

Undeliverable package: When we received orders returned to us with incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient, we will contact the customer to clarify delivery information or reasons for refusal. Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund or reship. 
 

Reship: If the buyer wants the order to be reshipped, buyer will need to pay for the shipping charge. We will resend the item after shipping charge is received.

 

Refund: Item cost will be refunded, but shipping charge is not refundable, in case of returns of undeliverable or unclaimed orders.  We are sorry that refund would not be possible if the parcel is not returned to us by the customs department.

The "total" amount displayed at checkout is not inclusive of any taxes and duty. Depending on the geographical locations, you may be required to pay an additional amount for customs clearance and/or duty at the destination country. For further details, please contact your local customs authority. Please note we are not in a position to refund any customs/import duties paid. If any order is refused due to these reasons, buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the original shipping charge.

 

Return and Refund Policy

You may return the products within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact Docderma2008 for the return order number and procedures before sending.
 
All products need to remain unopened in order to be eligible as return, Docderma2008 reserves the rights to refuse any items as return under the following conditions:
 

Any opened or broken products

Any promotion and best value items

Products listed as non-refundable/exchangeable

After 14 days from the shipping date (dispatch date on the order dispatch notification email)

The refund will only be credited to the PayPal account used for the original purchase, and we will not bear the cost of the return shipping.
