Return and Shipping Policy

As a Top Rated Plus Seller, I offer a generous 30-day free-return policy.  If returning the controller, you will receive a full refund upon my receipt and inspection.  Opening, or attempting to open, the controller will reduce or void your refund, so please contact me prior to opening the controller.

Controllers will come in a padded envelope.  Shipping is always free and is Priority insured 2-3 day shipping.  International buyers will still receive free shipping to the distribution center; however you will be charged a fee from there that is separate from my store.

I always ship "Next business day"  Keep in mind that "Next business day" for a store on eBay is Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

My hours of operation for the store are during the night as I work a night shift for my full-time job.  I am usually awake from 2:00 p.m. until 6:30 a.m. central standard time.  If you purchase before or after these hours, you won't get a quick response if you send me a message, but it will be the same day.
