Warranty and Returns:
Please contact us ahead before returning, and we find it useful and more effective way that we can discuss means to an amicable solution.
Unless specified "No Returns Accepted" for certain items, we usually accept return within 30 days after purchase, with the following policies:
- All returned items must be in the same condition as we originally shipped it.
- If the buyer changed their mind or purchased a wrong model, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
- It is recommended to use return label provided by eBay, in a case that the return is sent back on customer’s label, the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location, and it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier for damage claim in a case customer's label is used.
- Refund will be processed within 3 business days upon arrival of returned merchandise.
Refund Policies:
- Full refund if buyer returns the item in original packaging and exactly the same working condition as sold and shipped.
- or Partial refund if brand new item has been opened, altered or used, and functioning, and the refund amount will be based on the appraised value of returned item condition.
- or No refund if returned item has been used or damaged, and no longer in working condition.
