HIBISCUS MUTABILIS belongs to the malvaceae family, its origins are in southern China.

It is a very beautiful shrub, known for its resistance to both pollutants and adverse weather conditions and for the beautiful and often unique color of its flowers which is precisely "mutabilis" or changes color within a few hours.

It has no special soil needs, normal garden soil is fine more than as long as it has slightly acidic pH, fertile and mixed with peat and sand. Exposure should be sunny when the plant has reached maturity, shaded in the first period of life. Watering should be regular, paying attention to water stagnation." Also be careful not to administer too limestone water which could change the right acidity of the soil.

Simple growing, has no special needs.
