Reflector Board

The dent repair reflector board is used to check the dent on the flat car surface, and the position of the dent can be found by the alignment line. When the distorted image or line becomes parallel in the reflection, it means that you have successfully removed the dent.

How to Use Bridge Dent Puller?

 

  1. Clear the surface with a wet cloth.
  2. Insert the glue stick into the glue gun, heat for about 3-6 minutes and apply the glue.
  3. After the glue has cooled for 1-2 minutes, use the dent lifter and adjust its height to repair dents.
  4. Afterwards, use the bridge dent puller to align, then tighten the knob slowly with proper power until the surface of the dent is flatted or sightly bulged (Repeat the above steps until the dent pop up)
  5. Spray with 95% alcohol and remove with a plastic shovel.

How to Use T-Bar Dent Puller?

 

  1. Clear the surface with a wet cloth.
  2. Insert the glue stick into the glue gun, heat for about 3-6 minutes and apply the glue.
  3. Wait for 2-3 minutes, when the glue cools down and has residual temperature, use the spring force to pull the t- bar puller back
  4. Repeat the above steps until the dent pop up
  5. Spray 95% alcohol on remaining glue and scrape it off with a shovel after 1-2 minutes.
How to use a gold tooth elevator? 
1. Insert the glue stick into the 100W glue gun, and then heat it for about 5-7 minutes until the glue overflows from the gun.
2. Select a suitable plastic adhesive pad and apply hot melt adhesive. 64 plastic adhesive pads can be used.
3. Quickly place the plastic adhesive pad on the dent, grab it and wait for three minutes until the hot melt adhesive turns into a block.
4. Use a dent elevator and adjust its height to repair the dent.
