Most of the finish is chipped away on the flange and heavier rust in that area

This item measures roughly 23 3/4 inches by 12 inches

Flange is roughly 1½ inches

It weighs 6 pounds 4.6 ounces - prior to packaging

I have not attempted to clean or alter this item in any way
