Since 1962, in parallel with the Lastochka receiver, production of the modernized Lastochka-2 receiver began. It operates in the LW and MW range. Sensitivity in the range LW - 2.5 mV/m, MW - 0.8 mV/m. Selectivity in the range LW 16 dB, MW 20 dB. Sound frequency range 450...3000 Hz. Rated output power 100 mW. Receiver dimensions 146x88 x 400 mm. Weight 450 gr. Leather case included. Since 1963, the plant has produced a batch of Lastochka-2M radio receivers, which since 1964 have become known as Saturn. In design, layout and design, the Lastochka-2M receiver is similar to the Saturn receiver, with the exception of the input circuit, which is the same as that used in the Topaz-2 radio receiver.
