Pls Note: this item is sold with no fabric or size tag.  We have sold several very similar items that were all polyester outer; this is our best guess.  Without a sizing tag, I can't say for sure what the actual size would be, but it has similar dimensions to a jacket in our store that is a men's 48.  I've included the other measurements to the best of my ability, but please ask specific questions prior to purchase.
