We do accept returns if you change your mind about our product but you are responsible to pay to ship the item back and any custom fees will be deducted from your refund.

We use Canada post as our shipping service. It is the cheapest way to get your item to you. Since we are not located in a major urban center, the delivery standards are a little different from what their website

advertises. For our Canadian and USA customers, please expect 7 to 14 days from the time your item is shipped. International customers, please expect 2 to 3 weeks, depending on your location.

Our handling time is 5 business days after receiving cleared payment, mostly for our international customers. For our Canadians and US customers, we usually ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.

Please keep this in mind when leaving your feedback. Judge us on our handling time, our item of course but not on the time it takes for the postal service to get your item to you.

We always give you the true dimensions of our tonewood but when we list with a specific template, please do not plan to use it for a bigger guitar as there might be imperfections outside of that template.

*** We cannot provide a phytosanitary certificate. Most of our tonewood is air dried over a long period of time, not dried with high heat or fumigated so we are not eligible for it as stated by the CFIA requirements. ***
