Gruen Precision Men’s Date Wristwatch 3ATM-100FT Water Resistant Quartz w/Box.

This comes with the watch and box and instructions.  Instructions are stored on the underside of the box.   The watch has some cosmetic issues but seems to keep accurate time.   The crystal and date magnifier have a decent amount of scratching.  The gold tone has worn off in some spots.  Most notably on the band next to the top of watch which I have circled in the 7th photo.

There is no insert that holds the watch in the box.  The clear one that the watch is on in the photos is not included.

Comes with a new battery installed.
